Terms and Conditions – Babymessagekurs

  1.Registration and Course Implementation

Registration becomes binding upon written confirmation.

The course will take place with a minimum of 4 participants (parents or caregivers).

If there are insufficient participants, those registered will be informed no later than 2 weeks before the course begins.

In this case, course fees already paid will be fully refunded.

If a course is cancelled due to force majeure, illness of the instructor, or other unforeseen circumstances, the course will be rescheduled or the course fee refunded.

In case of illness or other unavailability, a qualified substitute can be provided. If no substitute is available, the course may be canceled or postponed.

2. Payment

The course fee is due no later than two weeks before the course begins.

Once payment is received, the course place is reserved.

If payment is not received by then, the course place will be released without further notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund

In case of cancellation, regardless of the reason, the course fee will not be refunded.

Whether health insurance or other insurance covers the amount is the responsibility of the participants.

Failure to pay the course fee does not constitute cancellation.

4. Data Protection

All personal data collected during registration will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for course organization.

Names and contact details will not be shared unless explicitly discussed and requested by the participants.

Communication may take place partly via email or WhatsApp. By using these channels, participants agree to this form of contact. It is ensured that sensitive data is not transmitted via these channels.

5. Insurance and Liability

Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

The course instructor assumes no liability for accidents, damages, illness, or loss of belongings during the course or on the way to or from it.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervision throughout the entire course. Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

6. Course Content, Instructor, and Changes

The course instructor reserves the right to make adjustments to the content, the program, or the schedule, as well as to change prices, if this is necessary for organizational or professional reasons

In case of illness or unavailability of the course instructor, a qualified substitute can be provided. Should no substitute be available or other important reasons (e.g., illness, force majeure) exist, the course may be canceled or postponed. In this case, the course fee will be fully refunded.

A calm atmosphere will be maintained during the course. Accompanying persons or siblings may only participate by prior arrangement.

7. Health Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring that there are no health concerns that would preclude participation – neither for themselves nor for their baby.

In case of uncertainties or complaints (e.g., fever, skin conditions, contagious diseases), it is recommended to consult a doctor or midwife before the course begins and, if necessary, postpone the course.

8. Course Materials and Copyright

Course materials may only be used for personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed without the consent of the course instructor.
